How to use

1. Sift half to one teaspoon of matcha into a bowl or wide mug
2. Add 60 ml of warm water at 70 to 80 degrees Celsius
3. Whisk fast in a W or M motion for 15 to 20 seconds until a fine froth forms
4. Drink as is, or top up with milk for a latte

• Soak the prongs in warm water for 30 seconds before first use so they open up
