Is your matcha authentic Japanese matcha?
Yes. All our matcha is sourced directly from trusted Japanese suppliers. We do not blend, dilute, or mix our matcha with fillers or additives. What you receive is 100% pure, stone-ground Japanese green tea powder.
What is the shelf life of matcha powder?

What is matcha and how is it different from regular green tea?
Matcha is powdered whole-leaf green tea. Unlike regular green tea where you steep and discard the leaves, matcha means you consume the entire leaf. This makes it significantly more potent in antioxidants, L-Theanine, and nutrients. Learn more in our Matcha 101 guide.
Does matcha have caffeine?
Yes. One serving of matcha (1 to 2g) contains approximately 30 to 70mg of caffeine - less than coffee. However, matcha also contains L-Theanine, which slows caffeine absorption and gives smooth, focused energy without the jitters or crash that coffee causes.
What are the health benefits of matcha?
