1. Overview

Welcome to Matcha.BD. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the website www.matcha.bd and all related services (the Services), operated by Matcha.BD, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our store is powered by Shopify. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Our Products

We work to represent our products accurately, including origin, grade, and ingredients. Product colours may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device. Product descriptions, availability, and offers may change at any time without notice. Every batch of our matcha products is backed by a supplier Certificate of Analysis, available on each product page.

4. Orders and Cash on Delivery

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may confirm your order by phone or SMS before dispatch, and we reserve the right to decline any order, for example where delivery information is incomplete or previous Cash on Delivery orders were refused without reason. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD parcels may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order, plus any delivery charge shown at checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery and the digital payment methods shown at checkout. Promotional offers are governed by their own terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh: within 24 to 48 hours inside Dhaka and within 2 to 4 days elsewhere. Full details, including charges and what happens if a delivery fails, are in our Shipping and Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Refund and Return Policy. In short: report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery, and unopened products may be returned within 7 days. Opened food products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including the Matcha.BD name, logo, product photos, text, and design, belongs to Matcha.BD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
